We want every code to work.

Code that doesn't work

If a delivered product doesn't work, contact us within the guarantee period shown on the product page, with your order number. We replace it or refund you after checking.

Order not delivered

If we can't deliver your order, you get a full refund to your original payment method.

Delivered products

Products that were delivered and work as described can't be refunded, because digital content can't be returned.

How refunds work

Card and PayPal refunds usually appear within 5 to 10 business days. Crypto refunds are sent to an address you give us, in the same currency.
