Buying a digital product should take less time than making a coffee. Here's exactly what happens after you click Buy now, and what each status on your order page means.
1. You pay securely
You pay by card, PayPal or crypto through our payment partners. We never see your card details. As soon as the payment is confirmed, your order moves on by itself. No one needs to press a button.
2. Your order is prepared
Our system requests your product from our authorized supplier straight away. For most products this takes under a minute. Your private order page shows Preparing your order in the meantime and refreshes by itself.
3. Your code appears on your order page
When it's ready, your code or account details appear on your order page with a Copy button. We also send you an email with the link, so you can come back to it anytime.
What the statuses mean
| Status | What's happening |
|---|---|
| Waiting for payment | We haven't received the payment confirmation yet. |
| Preparing your order | Payment confirmed, your product is on its way. |
| Being activated by our team | This product is activated manually, usually within a few hours. |
| Partially delivered | Some items are ready; the rest will appear automatically. |
| Delivered | Everything is ready. Enjoy! |
What if something takes longer?
Sometimes a product needs a manual check, or the supplier is busy. You don't have to do anything: we get an alert immediately, and we email you if we need anything. If we can't deliver, you get a full refund.
